Let’s start with a perfect world which in this case means you provide vector art or logo to specs, approve your proof quickly, pay promptly well then you can use the timelines on the individual products pages. If any of the above take longer then expected your ETA may be effected. As we all know things just happen! We do our best to catch up just help us by processing those tasks quick as you can.
The Order Process
After you have approved your quote we need to get things rolling:
- Artwork-Some people know a lot about art and file formats and others not so much so the best thing is to send us a rough idea of what you want along with any images(300dpi+), logos as vector art(ai, eps or Hi-Res PDF), PMS numbers etc. We have to start somewhere so don’t worry if I have already confused you just send what you have
- Proofs-Once we have a proof we send it to you for approval. It is very important you check all details of the proof carefully. We check all these details our end but your final approval and payment is needed to start production.
- Payment-After art approval we will send an invoice. This needs to be paid before we can start final production.
