We will try to give you some common sense answers to a tricky question.
Let’s start with a perfect world which in this case means you provide vector art or logo to specs, approve your proof quickly and pay promptly. Well in that case you can use the timelines we publish on the individual products pages.
If any of the above take longer than expected, your ETA may be affected.
As we all know things just happen! We do our best to catch up. Just help us by processing those tasks as quick as you can.
The Order Process
After you have approved your quote, we need to get these things moving forward:
- Artwork:
- Some people know a lot about art and file formats and others not so much. So, the best thing is to send us a rough idea of what you want along with any of the following:
- Images (in 300dpi+ resolution)
- Logos as vector art (ai, eps or Hi-Res PDF files)
- PMS numbers for the colours in your design.
- Some people know a lot about art and file formats and others not so much. So, the best thing is to send us a rough idea of what you want along with any of the following:
We have to start somewhere, so don’t worry if I have already confused you. Just send what you have, and we’ll help you move forward.
- Proofs:
- Once we have a proof (a printing template file with your design in it) we will send it to you for approval.
- It is very important you check all details of the proof carefully. We check all these details on our end but your final approval and payment are needed to start production.
- Payment:
- After art approval, we will send an invoice. This needs to be paid before we can start final production.
- After payment is completed:
- We’ll get started with the manufacturing process to get your order ready as soon as possible.
- Standard delivery times start counting after final artwork files are approved by you, and the order has been paid in full (Not when the order was placed initially)
- We always try to get your order to you on time, but occasionally there can be issues that affect the delivery process (i.e. severe weather, unexpected logistics issues, etc.)
- We recommend you leave a week or so as a grace period in your planning to avoid unnecessary stress.
And that’s the whole process! From artwork to your doorstep, we’re with you every step of the way, making sure your stubby holders turn out exactly how you pictured them.
The key things to remember: send through whatever artwork you’ve got and we’ll sort the rest, give that proof a good once-over before signing off, and get payment sorted promptly to keep production on track.
Delivery timeframes kick in once artwork’s approved and payment’s cleared, not from when you first placed the order, so factor that into your planning.
We’d also recommend building in a bit of buffer time, especially if you’re working towards an event or deadline, just in case Mother Nature or the logistics gods throw us a curveball.
Got questions along the way? Don’t hesitate to reach out, we genuinely love helping Aussie businesses get their branding spot on. Thanks for choosing us for your promotional merch, we can’t wait to get your order underway!|
