Delivery Info About Your Order
Timing ETA:
- Your order is not scheduled for production until final art or image(s) are approved.
- The order must also be paid in full before production begins unless other arrangements have been made.
- After Final Art is approved, and the order has been paid in full, that is when you should start your delivery ETA timer for the timeline you picked (i.e. the timer starts after payment and final art approval, not when you placed the order initially.)
Delivery:
- We always try to get your order to you on time, but there are a number of issues that can affect your order.
- For instance, we could be affected by production delays (factory would let us know), shipping and customs delays, and then local shipping delays due to cyclones, flooding, fires, etc. (all the good Aussie stuff, right?) They don’t happen often, but they do happen occasionally, as we know.
- So what we are saying is to pick a delivery timeline that is realistic for your project and location.
- People often tell us about their deadline well after they signed off and paid for the order, that they need it for a certain date, and that adds unnecessary stress for everyone involved.
- We recommend you leave a week or so as a grace period in your planning.
